Paul's Place
Flew to Oklahoma City this morning, and spent today catching up on email & sleep at Paul's house. This is the third or fourth time I've been able to stay in this house, and I'm continually captivated by it. The way the light bounces around, mixes the natural with the unnatural & reflects off the tones throughout the house... it's really beautiful. Much has happened within these walls the past several years... businesses started, parties thrown, sets built, even concerts held... I know it holds a dear spot in the hearts of many.
Paul recently sold this house... so this afternoon I took a few minutes to try and capture a little bit of it, as I probably won't ever be here again after this week.
[ lots of photos... patience please! ]

Such character... really lovely
So perceptive. All the intangible Things I felt when I was there, and I'm sure many others have felt, you've somehow made tangible.
I also get the clear feeling of absence and alienation I can't help but think is some of the experience people who throughout the years who've lived here.
Dude tour pics are stunning!! Correct me if I'm wrong but did you shoot the Christmas light with the 50 f1? Beautiful barrel distortion worked great with the photos! Keep up the amazingness. Your inspiration.

Wow, this house is amazing. I love it. I wish I knew it was for sale because I would have found a way to buy it considering I live right around OKC. Great pictures.
Hello Eric,
What a beautiful way to keep the memories. I shot some of my grandma's house. I have so many memories with that house.
Great photos on the entire website. The Texas photos are very good.
Keep it up.
